Whether you’re an apprentice technician just starting out, or a master technician with years of experience under your belt, we’re looking to hear from you.

With two routes of entry it’s never been easier! – record your own video, or nominate someone within your team.

Recording a video is simple, grab your phone and answer three simple questions on camera –

• who you are, what you do, how you got into the industry,
• why you think it’s rewarding,
• and why you think others should get into it.

In previous years we’ve had winners from all across the UK, such as winners Callum Adams and Shannon Howe in 2023, to James Hood of Manitou UK, Brad Smith of B&B Tractors, Laura Bassnet from Ernest Doe and Will Twigg from Farol in previous years.
